The Not-So-Fun But Totally Necessary Stuff

Policies aren’t exactly as thrilling as discovering your best colors or discovering your authentic, unique style. Still, a little structure helps keep things running smoothly, so every client gets the full experience they deserve.

Here’s what you need to know:

Rescheduling: Please try to keep your appointment—your future stylish self will thank you. Please either email me at Barbara@ColorAndConfidence.com, call or text me at 843-655-8064 to reschedule. If you need to reschedule, I need at least 72 hours’ notice.

No-Shows are a No-Go. Miss your appointment without notice? Your session and payment will be forfeited (I can't help you bring your unique style to life if you're not present).

Late Arrival? Please be mindful of my time as well as your own. Time is one thing we can't get back. If you are late, your appointment might not be as comprehensive as expected. Your appointment will end on time regardless of your arrival time to accommodate the appointment after you. A good housekeeping tip for my late-to-the-party friends is to enter your appointment time on your calendar 30 minutes earlier.

Refunds: I don’t offer refunds, but you can gift your session to someone fabulous in your life. They will love you forever! You can cancel your appointment by the 72-hour mark by emailing Barbara@ColorAndConfidence.com or texting/calling me at 843-655-8064. Be sure to let me know who will be enjoying your generous gift. I'll reach out to them to book their session.
